With 24, Indian television Colors actually added color to the gray monotony series of Saas-bahu !
2013 witnessed Anil Kapoor’s debut on Indian television with the official adaptation of highly acclaimed crime-thriller series, 24. Based on the American series bearing the same name, this series was a welcoming change for the Indian audience. The story telling ,production quality and even the dialogue writing was quite unique for Indian TV viewers.
There is a good news who are eagerly waiting for the second season; and the makers just came with its first trailer. We at CRB Tech admits it looks quite fascinating.

Kapoor was featured in one of the seasons of the original American series; bought the official rights in 2011. Anil said that the show was the most exciting part of his long career, adding that Fox International Television president Marion Edwards and the show’s creator Howard Gordon and writer have given a green signal to the Indian version. This show is reportedly one of the most expensive shows on Indian TV. While speaking about Nayak, Kapoor said that while some shows make money, others create image! He added that the show 24 has given publicity worth Rs 15-20 crore; but also got featured on Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, New York Times and CNN International….a rarest thing that happened in the history of Indian TV series.

Anil Kapoor comes back as ATU Chief Jai Singh Rathod in the second season of 24. The actor who seemed visibly excited at the poster launch held in Mumbai on Tuesday evening said that with 24, Colors brings back the same team that was behind the 1st season. In addition Kapoor said that as production starts, we would like to welcome Abhinay Deo and Rensil D’Souza back as directors.
