Hello and welcome to CRB Tech Reviews new section of Health and Fitness. So how’s life? Well speaking about life today I write on 4 crucial life lessons that weight lifting teaches you.
Do you know there is a relation between how hard you go in life as that is reflected on how hard you go in the gym. Fitness is simply a mental game as it’s a physical, or might be more. It’s not about aesthetics. It’s about how you bounce back when life beats you to your knees.
In simple words the heavier you can lift, the harder your ‘will’ become. Every day you battle iron in the gym and that applies what iron teaches you in real life.
1) Work Your Ass Off To Be Successful
A successful career is hard-earned, just like a great physique. Like Rome neither an exceptional physique nor career is built on a day. The discipline that you keep with your diet and the patience you have with the results, all of this could be implemented in real life and that’s how success is chased.
2) Nothing Grows In The Comfort Zone
Life starts where the church ends. Just like you need to shock your muscles to grow them, you need to come out of your comfort zone to become an achiever. If you are very much comfortable with a weight, then you are not pushing your muscles enough. Hence, you won’t grow.
3) Always Be Relentless!
It’s obvious that you’ll fail many times while trying to put on muscle or lose weight. The results will not always be as per expectations. Either you can quit or remain stubborn; choice! As you figure out your diet program and exercise routine, find out why things are not working out in your life. Trial and error is the base of a great body and of a happy life.
4) Use The Negativity Of Naysayers As Fuel To Reach Your Goals
Remember those gym bro who’s looking down upon you always? Yup, the naysayers. Don’t ignore or avoid them. Use their negativity to fuel yourself. You’ll find similar people in life as well. Pay tribute towards their “No” or “Can’t” and move forward.
So here I conclude.
