2) Low Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
You guys believe that more the inclination is, more better the development of their upper chest. The fact is that more the inclination, more it hits the anterior region of your shoulders. The incline bench in most gym is too inclined. Hence it’s suggested to perform this exercise over an adjustable bench with lowest inclination possible. Thus you’ll achieve the best alignment between the muscle fibers in your upper chest and your humerus, giving a complete chest development.
Suggestions: sets of 6-10 reps
3) Low To High Cable Crossover
To build muscle mass you need to perform against a mechanical load, and one of the functions of your pictorial muscles(upper chest) is to bring your arms in front and this exercise helps you do the same. This exercise will act as icing over the cake for your next chest session. But enact it at the end and enjoy the soreness folowing day.
