Conditioning: This is the significant part of your workout.
Cool down: You need to transition out of your workout. Don’t sit, standstill, or lie down right after exercise, this might make you may feel dizzy or lightheaded or have heart palpitations. The best cool-down is to take an ease on the intensity of your activity.
How Hard Should I Perform?
A cardio workout to mention is moderate. If you exercise vigorously you can’t say more than a few words without taking a breath.
Ask your doctor about the limit of the intensity of your exercise. It’s wise to start out taking it easier and continue with more challenging workouts. That’ll help save injuries.

- Ban boredom. Take up variety of activities that you like. Don’t do the same thing to avoid boredom.
- Make playlists. Use music to keep yourself entertained.
- Commit. You always won’t feel like doing it, and you’ll find all sorts of excuses but be consistent.
- Socialize. Work out is of fun if you have a friend with you or do it in group.
