An Yummy Blueberry Muffin Bread

I love making easy blueberry muffins for the morning. It’s like cake and easy to prepare for breakfast. Here at CRB Tech Reviews I share with you this yummiest yummiest bread recipe for you.

This recipe used frozen blueberries, while you can also try the fresh ones. This bread would be better with freshly picked berries, so that’s choice.

Moreover everybody knows that blueberries are super-food. So, let’s get on the super-food blueberry muffin recipe!

Is there anything worse than scrubbing a muffin tin that has a bunch of old baked on blueberry juice stuck in every crevice? Nope.

This recipe can be tried in many ways. You can experiment with it and I say you will love the more you try the new varieties.

You can go ahead and drizzle it with a simple powdered sugar glaze.

My kids love this and devoured so quickly that I often have to to make a second batch the very other day. Now I often make some extras! And nowadays I hide it from them, because mama also knows how to play. And I save a little super-food for myself to calm the kid within me.

Here I share the recipe:

Ingredients

1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 Cup Salted Butter
2 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Milk
2 Cups All purpose
flour or maida

2 Cups Blueberries, Fresh or Frozen

 

Methods to proceed:

As usual with all baking dish, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 10 inch loaf pan.

Mix together the butter and sugar.

Add the eggs, vanilla and milk mixing them well.

Add the dry ingredients and beat unless they are well combined.

Add blueberries and then mix by hand gently with a spatula and be careful not to crush the berries.

Pour the batter in your loaf pan and bake for about 80 minutes.

Let it cool in a pan for say 15 minutes before removing it to finish the cooling process.

Cooking tips: Keep aside a small handful of Blueberries. After the batter is poured into the loaf pan, a little baking is done; gently press the reserved berries into the top to design the loaf and make them appear beautiful.
